RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love what you buy from Seed Farm Shop. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

 

1. Returns

- You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

- Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns. If you have any problems with your order please email hello@seedfarmshop.co.uk.

 

2. How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@seedfarmshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

 

3. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Return postal costs are to be incurred by the individual.

 

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange it. We’ll help ensure you receive the right product as quickly as possible.

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it promptly.

 

Information is provided in good faith but we cannot guarantee it is free from any errors.
