At Seed Farm Shop, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably.

 

1. Processing Time

- We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Sometimes it may take longer for us to process your order.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.

- Shipping: £6.95 per order, order value below £100.

- Free shipping on orders over £100.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to courier delays.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the Mainland United Kingdom only.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

 

5. Age Verification & Legal Requirements

By placing an order on www.seedfarmshop.co.uk, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

Certain products sold on our website — including, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages or other age-restricted items — are available only to customers aged 18 or over.

 

We reserve the right to:

- Request proof of age before dispatching such products.

- Use age-verification services or require ID checks upon delivery (e.g., Challenge 25 procedures).

- Refuse or cancel orders if satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.

It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase age-restricted products if you are under the legal age, or to supply them to someone under that age.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@seedfarmshop.co.uk within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

 

Please note that while we package all of our products with care, certain products such as biscuits will not be eligible for refund if individual biscuits are broken. Please email hello@seedfarmshop.co.uk with any problems with your order.
